What is Somatic?

Somatic comes from the word soma, meaning body. It’s about tuning into your body to understand and shift patterns in emotions, thoughts, and reactions.

Why i became a coach

My journey into this work began from a place of curiosity. From a young age I learned that it felt safer to disconnect from my body and the world around me. I got lost in the world of my mind, trying to solve everything from a place of logic. Yet I discovered that I was still getting stuck and repeating the same patterns as before no matter how much I tried to reason my way through them.
It wasn’t till I started to go beyond the intellectual and reconnect with my body and learn to regulate my nervous system that I began to see a shift.

In today’s modern world, we’ve lost touch with our bodies, along with the ability to truly sense, know, and feel fully alive.

My mission is to help people reconnect – with themselves, with life, and with others – and to rediscover their vitality and aliveness so they can see the possibilities in life, achieve the success they want, and learn how to enjoy each moment.
